Three main themes:

  1. Fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion starts with management. Executives need to set the stage, lead by example, and provide financial sponsorships in order to successfully cultivate inclusive teams and attract a diverse pipeline of candidates.

  2. Nurturing your current workforce's skillset by exposing them to different aspects of your business is a great first step in growing your organization's talent pipeline and keeping them engaged!

  3. In comparison to 10 or 20 years ago, we have a lot more advanced technologies helping increase water efficiencies and reshaping the way the world uses water. Adopting these technologies along with a diverse workforce can help cultivate a culture of innovation and attract a variety of talent to the water industry.
