VertexOne announces a partnership with Accruent, a worldwide leader in physical resource management and optimization, to offer Field Service and Mobile Workforce Management SaaS solution to utilities in North America. Accruent’s vxField solution is being integrated with VertexOne CIS Enterprise and VertexOne CIS Essentials to allow utilities the ability to optimize field service and enhance the customer experience.

VertexOne and Accruent are integrating Accruent’s vxField software with VertexOne CIS Enterprise and VertexOne CIS Essentials to enable real-time communication of field work orders and their status. The integrated solution enables digital transformation for utility field service management with proven improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.

It will be offered to electric, gas, water, and wastewater utilities across North America, offering multiple benefits such as:
