Audra Mayberry

Outside General Counsel

Audra Mayberry serves as outside General Counsel for VertexOne, overseeing our legal, risk and compliance functions.  Audra is a Member at Clark Hill Strasburger, a multidisciplinary, international law firm that represents a diverse range of leading brands, forward-thinking businesses, public entities, nonprofit organizations and individuals. She practices in the area of commercial litigation while also representing clients in the outside general counsel capacity. Audra provides competent and professional legal representation to resolve conflicts, including contract breaches, trade secrets issues, fraud, and employment disputes. Audra graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University and cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, and she is admitted to practice before the state courts in Texas, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas. Since 2016, Audra is yearly named to Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars by Thompson Reuters.
